Pub Crawl 2020

I am so excited to announce it is registration time for the 17th Annual Arbor Springs Pub Crawl. The date is Saturday April 18th (In the event of rain, the rain date is Saturday May 2nd).  We have five households who have graciously opened up their homes to host this year's Pub Crawl.
We have a *new location* for Pub Crawl Training/T-shirt Pick Up.  Jim and Vicki Villers have offered to hold our "Pub Crawl Training" event on Friday April 17th from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  There will be drinks and appetizers available for residents to enjoy.  
Every household is allotted 2 resident registrations per address at the cost of $20 for short sleeve shirt design or $25 for long sleeve shirt design. The t-shirts serve as your "ticket" to the Event.  We cap registration at 200 people in order to be respectful to the homeowners hosting the event.  Arbor Spring residents will have until March 12th to register before I begin accounting for any guests of residents to ensure we give residents first priority.  Registration ends on Wednesday March 25th OR until 200 people are registered. 
If you are registering guests before March 12th, PLEASE go ahead and pay for your guests/provide guest information (first and last names for all registrants given I make nametags).  I will not cash any checks, etc, until I guarantee your guests can be accommodated.  The registration money covers your shirt, wine/beer, water and specialty drink at the host house. A resident is allowed 2 resident registrations and 2 guest registrations. Guest registrations are $30 short sleeve shirt design and $35 long sleeve shirt design.
Each household who registers will be asked to bring an appetizer.  I will assign you the host house I need you to take your appetizers to on the day of the Pub Crawl.
Please print out the attached form. You must be logged into the HOA website to access the form. Contact me with any questions or concerns or issues with registration. My number is 478 230 0834.  I will have a drop box on my front porch for checks only (unless you have reached out to me first, and I know you are leaving cash). The box will be located on the floor of the UGA birdfeeder. Our address is 5 Turnberry Circle.
