Pub Crawl TShirts and Name Tags are ready! I’m going to try something new this year! My son thinks all three bags of shirts are toys, so I’m going to allow anyone wants to pick up throughout the week to do so. It will also free up everyone’s Friday night
Contact me if you’d like to stop by (5 Turnberry Circle). I will have a box on my front porch that will have the bags with last names on the outside (first and last if same last name) of the bag of those residents I’m expecting. Do not head over until I have confirmed your bag is outside and ready. Next to the box will have a print off of the host houses and the route with addresses.
Lastly, CHECK your sizes and name badges! I wrote everything down, but I am human and easily could make a mistake. The process I used this year was a tad different given all the different ways I allowed registrations to be submitted, and I want to be sure I got everything right.
Cost is $40 (short sleeve shirt) or $45 (long sleeve shirt) per person for two people from each Arbor Springs address. (A minimum quantity of long sleeve shirts must be ordered to make production.) The fee covers your food, shirt, beer, wine, specialty drinks and water.
Cost for each additional guest is $50. Because of the increased popularity of the Pub Crawl and growing size of our community, it has become necessary to limit the amount of invited guests to two (2) per household (maximum 4 people per residence).
The deadline to register for Pub Crawl is Monday August 23rd OR until we reach 200 people. If you are mailing in your registration form, please plan to have it delivered by this date. Due to the growing popularity of the event, ASP residents will be allowed to sign up first (to ensure we are not turning away residents) until Sunday August 8th. If you are inviting guests, please turn in their registration/information/payment with your registration. Guests will be added to the final count in the order in which I receive returned registrations. I will notify you after August 8th to let you know if we will be able to accommodate your invited guests.
Please complete the attached form with your payment. It may be dropped off or mailed to Ansley Kersey – 5 Turnberry Circle. There will be a drop box on the front porch for checks only…please no cash (unless you’ve notified me otherwise)!
Checks need to be made out to “Ansley Kersey” (DO NOT make checks payable to the HOA).

If sending via PayPal or Venmo, please indicate in the comments which resident(s)/attendee(s) the payment covers.
You may also fill out the form and email it back to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. The form is necessary for keeping track of attendees.
We have designated Newnan Tornado Relief efforts as our charity for this event. We are requesting cash/check/PayPal/Venmo donations this year should you choose to participate. If adding to your registration and paying via PayPal or Venmo, please designate your donation amount in the comments.
